The present application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 346/2022, under Sections 376/509 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Nangloi. 2.
After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with prayer for an expeditious trial. It is pointed out that out of 13 Prosecution-Witnesses 4 have been examined.
