Learned counsel appearing for respondent has handed over a copy of the order dated 06th May, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 9994/2024, wherein the order dated 24th April, 2024 passed in the present proceedings, has been challenged.

The order dated 06th May, 2024 passed in SLP (C) No. 9994/2024 is taken on record.

By order dated 06th May, 2024, Hon'ble Supreme Court has held as follows:

"Issue Notice.

In the meantime, there shall be interim stay of further proceedings of Contempt Case No. 1872/2023 pending before the trial court.

Pending further consideration in the matter before this Court, as fairly conceded on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent-father may, in terms of the order dated 29.11.2023 passed by the Family The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Court, visit the house of the petitioner once a week between 5.00 P.M. to 7.00 P.M. to exercise the visitation rights." (Emphasis Supplied) 4.

Perusal of the aforesaid order shows that the Supreme Court has stayed further proceedings in the present contempt petition. 5.

In view thereof, no further orders can be passed by this Court in the present contempt petition, for the time being. 6.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the present petition, subject to the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Registry is directed to keep the Counselor's Report under its safe custody.
