Dr. Surat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.1 has furnished the copy of the relevant policy to the petitioner in terms of order dated 04th February, 2016. Dr. Surat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the policy in accordance with law. 2.

Mr. Ajay Verma, learned senior standing counsel for DDA submits on behalf of Ms. Shobhana Takiar, learned counsel for DDA that the policy of 1961 has already been upheld by the Full Bench of this Court. Dr. Surat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall examine the said judgment.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to say that all defences shall be open to the respondent if fresh petition is filed by the petitioner.
