None appears on behalf of the plaintiff when the matter is called out. 2.

Mr. Rajat Gaur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the defendants submits that defendants have already repaid the loan amount to the plaintiff and it is for that reason that there is no appearance on its behalf. 3.

Perusal of order dated 24.09.2025 as well as the last order dated 28.01.2026 reveals that the plaintiff has remained unrepresented on the said dates. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the plaintiff. It seems the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the suit. 4.

In view of the above, suit is dismissed in default, as well as, for nonprosecution.
