The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"a) Pass an order quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 05.12.2013 and subsequent proceedings of 1231/2011 titled as Ashutosh Jha V. Rajender Prasad Singh & others and all connected subsequent proceedings including the summoning order; (b) May stay the proceedings in complaint case no 1231/11 titled Ashutosh Jha V. Rajender Prasad Singh & Others pending before the Ld. MM (South) Saket court Delhi till the pendency of the petition. (c) Pass such other order as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that the petitioner has been discharged by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 17.12.2024. Copy of the same has been handed up in Court today and is taken on record. 4.
