This petition is filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts are more or less identical to the facts of ARB.P.134/2017 which has been allowed today by this court. For the reasons given in petition, the present petition is also allowed. Shri P.C.Ranga, Retired Additional District Judge, Delhi (Mobile No. 9868905228) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.

Petition stands disposed of.
