% 15.02.2017 CM No.6075/2017 (exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CM(M) 185/2017 & CM No.6074/2017 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have compromised the matter and that the petitioner shall be handing over vacant physical possession of the suit property to the respondents on 17.2.2017 before the trial court. The petitioner would also pay Rs.30,000/- to the respondents within 15 days. Once the compliance of the above conditions are done the respondents would withdraw the suit. In view of the above, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
