O R D E R

% 30.09.2015 It has been agreed between the parties that Bombay property shall be sold as early as possible and sale proceeds will be divided among the decree holder and the judgement debtor.

Grievance of the judgment debtor is that keys of the Bombay flat are being retained by the decree holder and property is not opened for inspection of prospective buyers brought by the judgment debtor.

Partition decree has already been passed.

It is not in dispute that property has to be sold and sale proceeds will be shared by the plaintiff and defendant in equal proportion.

Decree holder shall remain present either himself or through his representative at the Bombay property between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, once a week, that is, Saturdays, during the month of October and November, 2015.
