At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that present petition was seeking transfer of HMA No. 1987/2023 titled Deepak Arya Vs. Varsha Arya & Anr. from Family Court, Rohini to Family Court, Saket. However, such HMA petition has been disposed of as the same has been withdrawn and, therefore, present petition does not survive anymore. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
