% 20.02.2018 In this petition, non-compliance of order of 29th January, 2018 is alleged. Upon notice, Mr.Mohinder J.S.Rupal, learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, submits that before the order of 29th January, 2018 was received petitioner's salary was transferred on 30th January, 2018 and so compliance could not be made for the month of January but directions have been issued to comply with the order of 29th January, 2018 for the month of February onwards.

In view of the stand taken as aforesaid, no further orders are called for in this petition and it is accordingly disposed of. SUNIL GAUR, J.
