The petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In the light of above-mention facts and circumstances, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

(i) Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the DG CRPF to grant Senior Time Scale promotion to the petitioner in view of judgment dated 01.09.2022 passed by coordinate bench of this Hon'ble Court in ATIT KUMAR CHOUDHARY vs. UNION OF INDIA & ORS bearing W.P. (C) 7245/2019. (ii) Issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order or direction thereby directing the DG CRPF to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of Senior Time Scale promotion to the petitioner in view of judgment dated 01.09 .2022 passed by coordinate bench of this Hon'ble Court in AJIT KUMAR CHOUDHARY vs. UNION OF INDIA & ORS bearing W.P. (C) 7245/2019 AND IN CONNECTION WITH The order dated 04.12.2023 preferred by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case SLP (C): No. 20342/2023. in a time, bound manner. (iii) Pass any other order this Hon'ble Court may deem fit." 2.

On the last date of hearing Ms. Lakra had sought time to take instructions.

As per her instructions, the respondents shall treat the petition as a representation and decide the same keeping in view the judgment in W.P.(C) 7245/2019 titled Ajit Kumar Coudhary v. Union of India & Ors., within three months as an outer limit.

If any order is passed to the prejudice of the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to seek such remedy as available in law. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
