Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.

The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.

It is made clear that withdrawal of the present bail application should not mean the automatic arrest of the Petitioner. The police must have their own reasons as to why the custody of the Petitioner is required in case the police intend to arrest the Petitioner. In case the Petitioner is arrested and his remand is required, the bail application of the Petitioner be considered and disposed of within three days from the date of filing of the bail application.
