Petition under Section 483 BNSS has been filed for interim bail for 10 days on account of delivery of a child of the petitioner/accused. It is submitted that the child has been delivered on 09.08.2024. It is submitted that it was a complicated surgery and there is none to take care of the wife and the petitioner has sought 10 days interim bail. 2.

wife. Furthermore the accused had absconded and was declared a Proclaimed Offender after which he is being arrested on 07.05.2024. He is a high flight risk. Moreover it is an offence of Section 302 IPC. 3.

The interim bail is opposed on behalf of the State. 4.

Arguments heard.

The learned ASJ has duly noted the circumstances of the petitioner being a flight risk and also the gravity of the offences in addition to the parents of the petitioner being available to take care of the child.

There is no case made out for grant of interim bail at this stage. 7.

The petition is dismissed.
