There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing.

2. If the petitioners wish to proceed with this petition, they will have to prosecute it diligently, and in accordance with the rules of the Court.

As Mr. Deora states that the application and his vakalatnama have been filed, list before the learned Registrar on 07.03.2025, for consideration of the application. Mr. Deora is directed to ensure that the defects are cured, and the application is ready for hearing before the said date.

Similarly, petitioner No.2 and the legal heirs of petitioner No. 1, who seek impleadment in his place, are directed, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, to file documents to answer the query noted in the order dated 14.12.2023 within a period of two W.P.(C) 16120/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The orders of learned Registrar dated 07.03.2025 and 21.05.2025 record that the application for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner No. 1 has remained in defect. The documents required to be filed in terms of the order dated 24.02.2025 have also not been filed by the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact that the orders dated 14.12.2023 and 24.02.2025 have not been complied with despite sufficient opportunity, and the petitioner remains unrepresented, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
