On the last date of hearing, noting the absence of the appellant, the I.O was directed to inform the appellant.

Learned APP for State has handed over a report stating that when SI Narendra visited the appellant's house, he was informed by Sumit Kumar son of the appellant that the appellant had expired on 14.09.2025 at Noida, U.P. The report further states that the factum of death of the appellant stands verified. The report is taken on record.

Today, the appellant's son is present in Court and has handed over his gate pass. He states that he does not wish to continue with the appeal. 4.

In view thereof, the appeal stands abated and is disposed of accordingly.
