Mr. Narender Hooda, learned senior counsel for respondents has produced a copy of Office Memoranda dated 16.09.204 & 18.09.2024 in compliance of order 21.03.2024 passed by learned Tribunal. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners though disputes the fact that order dated 21.03.2024 has been complied with by the respondents in toto, however, it is not disputed by him that Pay Band II and Grade Pay of Rs.4,600/- granted to the employee in OA 890/2011, has also been granted to the petitioners herein.

In view of above, contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of. 5.
