The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent/mother-in-law for alleged wilful disobedience of the directions of this Court contained in the order dated 19.03.2024 in Crl.M.C. No.1415/2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent/mother-inlaw has not been making the payment of maintenance strictly in accordance with the directions passed by this Court. However, after some arguments, it is acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner that up-to-date payment of maintenance has been made till 31.08.2024, albeit belatedly. 7.

Nothing survives in the present contempt petition and the same is dismissed.
