Vide order dated 21st December, 2015, in terms of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 the valuation of the suit being ₹36,59,129/- this Court transferred the suit to the jurisdiction of the District Judge, Patiala House, New Delhi, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. However, during the course of trial before the Additional District Judge, Patiala House, it was revealed that the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the suit is of South East District, Saket hence the suit has been sent to this Court. 2.

Registry is directed to send the suit for trial to the District Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi for assigning appropriate Court.
