This is a petition filed under section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. 2.

Both learned counsel for the parties submit that the disputes may be referred for arbitration to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Ms.Justice Manju Goel (Rtd.) is appointed as the Arbitrator subject to compliance of procedure under section 12(1) of the Act. The Arbitration shall be under the Delhi International Arbitration Centre. A copy of this order be sent to the said Centre. 4.

Petition stands disposed of.
