This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

Mr. Sinha, learned SSC appears on behalf of the respondent and states that all the dues of the petitioner shall be cleared expeditiously and in any case, not later than 6 weeks from today.

Taking his statement on record and binding the respondent to the same, the petition is disposed of.

In case the amounts are not paid or there are shortfalls, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
