The Petitioners have approached this Court for compounding of the complaint cases and the subsequent quashing of the said complaints filed by Respondent No.2 against the Petitioner under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. 2.
Material on record indicates that the Petitioners are facing proceedings under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. The Petitioners state that they are prepared to pay the entire cheque amount. 3.
The prayer of the Petitioners is that this Court may exercise its jurisdiction under Section 528 of the BNSS to persuade the Respondents to accept the amount and compound the matter.

petitions to approach the Trial Court and move an application that the Petitioner is prepared to deposit the entire amount of money. 5.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

On the said application being filed, the Trial Court is directed to proceed in accordance with law and consider the fact that the Petitioner has deposited the money in case the Petitioner is found guilty of the offence at the time of awarding sentence.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court in case the Petitioners are aggrieved by the orders.
