Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into a settlement vide mediation settlement dated 09.09.2025 and on basis whereof order dated 13.11.2025 has been passed by the learned JMFC-06, South East District, New Delhi in Criminal Case No. 6199/2018, whereby the said matter was compounded and both the accused were acquitted, and as such nothing survives herein. A copy of the said order dated 13.11.2025 is handed over in Court, and is taken on record.

As such, in view order dated 13.11.2025 there is nothing surviving in the present petition and the petition alongwith the pending application is disposed of.
