The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the victim had not been appearing before the learned Trial Court for the last many dates which had led to proceedings being delayed. 2.

He submits that since the victim is now present the learned Trial Court may be directed to examine the witness expeditiously and the liberty may be granted to the applicant to file bail application afresh after examination of the victim. 3.

The victim is present in the Court and states that due to certain personal reasons he could not appear for two dates. He submits that he will appear before the learned Trial Court as and when required.
