Mr Kirtiman, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 states that the respondent shall withdraw the show cause notice and the impugned order while reserving the right to issue it afresh after the disputes between the concerned parties, namely, the petitioner and M/s Banki Trading Hub India Pvt. Ltd. are finally adjudicated. 2.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Needless to state that all rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
