The present matter is listed on office note today. 2.

As per office note, Mr. Anurag Dhwan, Senior General Manager (Presently holding the post of Assistant Vice President), Personnel & Administration, Regional Profit Centre (North) of M/s United Spirits Limited (Decree Holder) has furnished the indemnity Bond and his statement has been recorded. It is reported that indemnity bond furnished by Mr. Anurag Dhawan was found to be in order and was hereby accepted. The Registry was directed to release the amount to the Decree Holder in terms of the order dated 10.01.2013.

Vide order dated 10.01.2013, this Court has inter alia ordered as under:

"Consequently, this Court is of the view that the amount deposited by the judgment debtor deserves to be released to the decree holder subject to the decree holder furnishing an indemnity bond to the satisfaction of the Registrar General The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of this Court with the condition to repay the amount in the event the Special Leave Petition filed by the judgment debtor is allowed.

List the matter before the Registrar General on 25th February, 2013 for acceptance of the indemnity bond and for release of the amount deposited by the judgment debtor along with accrued, if any, by way of an account payee cheque in favour of the decree holder against a receipt to be executed by the learned counsel for decree holder." 4.

The order dated 10.01.2013 has been complied with. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 6.
