Petitioner is before this Court assailing an order dated 12.11.2024, passed by learned Judge, Family Court, District Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi vide which the husband of the respondent has been directed to pay Rs. 5000/- per month as interim maintenance. 2.

After hearing arguments, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
