Counsels for parties have presented a Memorandum of Understanding dated 29th January 2025 executed between the parties, settling their disputes. The terms of the settlement are contained in the agreement, which on perusal are deemed to be lawful and acceptable.

In view of the settlement, counsel for plaintiff wishes to withdraw the suit.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Pending applications, if any, also stand rendered infructuous. 5.

Parties shall be bound by the terms of the agreement. 6.

Considering the settlement arrived at between the parties, 50% Court Fee will be refunded to plaintiff by the Registry. 7.

In the event of any non-compliance by any party to the settlement, the party shall be at liberty to approach this Court. 8.
