The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, read with Section 28(4) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to set aside the impugned judgment and decree of divorce dated 05.07.2024 passed in HMA NO.243/2021, titled as Karan Panwar Vs Meenakshi Panwar, by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 2.
Learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. N. K. Sharma, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, submitting that the same has been rendered infructuous in view of the parties having amicably resolved their disputes and having obtained a decree of divorce by mutual consent. 3.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as infructuous.
