The present Applications have been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, inter alia, seeking withdrawal of the respective Petitions being, O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 306/2025 and O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 307/2025, in view of the fact that the parties have settled the disputes between them amicably.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent concurs with the same, and submits that she has no objection to the prayers, as sought for in the present Applications, being granted. 3.
Mr. A.K. Tiwari, General Manager (Contracts) for the Petitioner appears through Video Conferencing also confirms the factum of the settlement agreement having been entered into between the parties.

In view of the foregoing submissions, the liberty, as sought for, seeking the withdrawal of the present Petitions, is granted. 5.
The parties are directed to abide by the terms upon which the disputes have been settled.

The present Applications are disposed of in aforesaid terms. O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 306/2025 & O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 307/2025 7.
Accordingly, the present Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
