This is a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act on behalf of the Petitioner for restraining the Respondent from acting upon its 'notice of intention to issue the termination notice' dated 08.08.2024 and restraining the Respondent from taking any coercive or precipitative action against the Petitioner.

It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that a settlement agreement dated 13.02.2025 has been arrived at between the parties. The same is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Respondent. 3.

A copy of the settlement agreement has been handed over in Court today.
