This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:

"a) Direct the respondent no.2 to set aside the show cause notice dated 15.07.2016 and confirm the services of the petitioner with immediate effect along with promotion, increments and all consequential benefits. b) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

Mr. Vineet Dhanda, learned Central Government Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Mr. Rahul Shukla, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.2 and on instructions, submits that in terms of the order dated 26.06.2024 passed by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, appropriate order shall be passed by the Corporation within a period of 8 weeks from today.

Needless to state that as and when the order will be passed, the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within one week thereafter, leaving it open to the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in law, if aggrieved.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of taking the assurance of Respondent No.2 on record. Pending application also stands disposed of.
