% 22.01.2016 Learned counsels for the parties inform me that with the intercession of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, parties have arrived at a settlement, which is reflected in an agreement dated 14.12.2015. Both counsels submit that the petition be disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement.

It is ordered accordingly.
