The petitioner is invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction against respondent No. 1 to return the money paid by them to respondent No.1. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 is present on advance notice. None appeared on behalf of respondents No. 2 & 3. 5.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and pursue his remedy before the DRT-1, New Delhi in terms of the order dated 04.01.2019 in accordance with law. 6.
