CM APPL.11183/2026 (seeking disposal of present petition in view of settlement agreement dated 09.02.2026) 1.
Respective counsel for the parties submit that an inter-se settlement has been arrived at between the parties and a Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2026 has been executed.

It is jointly submitted that the said settlement dated 09.02.2026 is not in derogation of the statutory mandate under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.

The following prayers have been sought in the present application: "a. Dispose of the present petition in terms of Settlement agreement dated 09.02.2026 executed between the parties in Delhi High Court Mediation Centre (Samadhaan);
b. Direct the Registry to transfer the respective shares of the workmen (As per Annexure A2) from the amount lying deposited with it along with proportionate interest accrued on their respective shares, directly in their bank accounts provided in Para8 of the settlement agreement; c. Grant liberty to Mr. Lalku Tiwari (At S.No.11) and Mr. Mahendra Turi (At S.No.12) or their authorized representative to get their The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respective shares released from the Registry as and when they approach this Hon'ble Court."

Considering the joint request of the parties, the above prayers are allowed.

The present application, as also the petition itself, stand disposed of in terms thereof.

As mentioned in the Settlement Agreement, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate legal recourse against the contractor engaged by the petitioner company.
