% 21.02.2025 Learned counsel for Respondent No.2/school submits that the petitioner has already been given regular admission. The prayer made in the present petition was limited to the extent of seeking admission of the petitioner in the school. Since the admission has already been regularized, the petition stands disposed off. The school shall be held bound to extend all the facilities to the petitioner under EWS category rendering all the conditions subject to the fulfilling of the formalities by the petitioner.
