The petitioners are essentially aggrieved by the order dated 15.07.2024 whereby, the respondent-Corporation has rejected their request for regularisation of second and third floors of property bearing No.WZ69/1-B, Meenakshi Garden, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi under the floor-wise regularisation scheme.

The impugned order is appealable in terms of Section 347 B of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957. The Appellate Tribunals-Municipal Corporation of Delhi has already become functional. 5.

The Court is, therefore, not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition in view of the availability of the efficacious alternative remedy.
