This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "i) issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent The Sovereign School, Pocket-17, Phase-III, Sector-24, Rohini, Delhi - 110085 to forthwith grant readmission to petitioners, namely, Aadarsh Kumar and Tannu in class X under EWS category and allow them to continue their studies upto Class-XII under EWS category; ii) issue any appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents and more particularly respondent Government of NCT of Delhi to ensure that all the schools on government land strictly comply with the provision of Section 11 (3) of the Delhi Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011;

iii) pass any other order or direction or such further orders as may be deemed just and appropriate, in the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, in favour of the petitioner."
