This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/respondent seeking certain rectification in the order dated 21.08.2024 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner is present on advance notice and he has no objection if the present application is allowed.

In short, this Court vide paragraph 12(ii) of the aforesaid order recorded the name of the concerned official, who would be facilitating the request of the petitioner for the inspection of the relevant record as Ms. Kaveri Krishnamurthy, DGM, IDBI Bank. It is submitted that instead of such officer, the said inspection shall be facilitated by another official whose details are as follows:- Mr. Hari Kumar Meena DGM, IDBI Bank Ltd.
