The petitioner is invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to release all the securities lying with the respondent, including the Personal Guarantees of the Directors of petitioner No.1. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice.

After some arguments, leaned counsel for the petitioner requests permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue their remedy before the NCLT, DRT, or any other forum constituted under any other statute.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice.
