The petitioner is invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 is present on advance notice.

None appeared on behalf of the remaining respondents despite sending advance notices.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent No.1, it appears that an application has been moved by the petitioner before the learned CMM, Central, District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, on 28.08.2023 for correction/modification of the order with regard to the date of the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 [„SARFAESI Act‟].

for long and this has resulted in serious prejudice to the petitioner, who are not able to realize their assets.

It is submitted that the matter is now coming up for hearing on 24.08.2024.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the learned CMM, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to ensure that after hearing the parties, appropriate directions are passed within a period of 30 days therefrom. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
