Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing the Commissioner of Police, Delhi Police and to register an FIR and to investigate the matter. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that the NCR has already been registered on the Complaint of the Petitioner. Essentially, the Petitioner is seeking directions for registration of FIR for which, there is a complete procedure provided in BNSS. However, there is an entire detailed mechanism provided under B.N.S.S. to the Petitioner for getting the FIR registered in case no action is being taken by the Police on the Complaint. 3.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
