This Application has been filed on behalf of the Auction Purchaser seeking recall of the Order dated 18.02.2026, by which the present Petition was disposed of on the basis of Settlement Agreement dated 06.02.2026. In the present Application it is stated by the Applicant that the said Order was obtained without the knowledge of the Applicant and the Applicant, who is the purchaser of the property in auction, was not impleaded/made party to the said Settlement Agreement.
