The present application has been filed seeking relief of pre-arrest bail in FIR No.182/2024 registered under Sections 363/366 IPC at P.S. Raya, District Mathura, U.P.

The applicant claims that the aforesaid FIR has been registered at the instance of the father of the petitioner's wife namely Smt. Durgesh. It is the case of the applicant that the applicant and Smt. Durgesh have got married to each other on 11.06.2024 at Arya Samaj Vivah Parishad, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi. It is further claimed that both the petitioner and Smt.Durgesh are major. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant intends to approach the concerned court having jurisdiction, however, prays that till that time pre-arrest protection may be granted to him.

Learned counsel has also invited the attention of the Court to the order dated 01.08.2024 passed in W.P.(CRL) 2291/2024 wherein it was noted that the beat officer had provided his mobile number to the petitioner and his wife as they were facing threats from her family. 3.
Learned APP, on instructions, states that no case has been registered against the applicant in Delhi.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, it is directed that no coercive action be taken against the applicant for a period of two weeks from today to enable him to approach the concerned court having jurisdiction over the aforesaid FIR.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
