The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the applicant has been declared a proclaimed person under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('CrPC').

He submits that, in such circumstances, in terms of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in State of Madhya Pradesh v. Pradeep Sharma : (2014) 2 SCC 171, the present application is not maintainable.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not aware of any such order being passed under Section 82 of the CrPC.

file an appropriate petition challenging the order under Section 82 of the CrPC.
