% 27.11.2024 CRL.M.(BAIL) 1890/2024 Pursuant to last order dated 14.11.2024, Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP for the State has handed-up a copy of Status Report dated 23.11.2024, which narrates that the medical documents appended to the present application have been found to be genuine; that the petitioner is suffering from various ailments; and that he is not even in a position to walk without assistance.

Though no documents have been annexed to the status report, learned APP submits that the I.O. has available with him several documents from different hospitals whereby the medical ailments of the petitioner have been verified.

Status report dated 23.11.2024 is taken on record. 4.
In the above circumstances, learned APP leaves it to the court to pass appropriate orders.
