Pursuant to the previous order, counsel for petitioner states that she has instructions from the petitioner's family to state that treatment for renal calculus be provided to the petitioner through the jail itself, since they do not have any specific prescription from any private hospital to seek custodial treatment.

The Jail Superintendent is, therefore, directed to ascertain medical condition of the petitioner and, if so medically advised, ensure treatment through appropriate facilities available, in accordance with the applicable procedures.

This bail petition stands disposed of with these observations. Pending application is rendered infructuous.
