The petitioner is a foreign national and had filed a suit seeking recovery in the year 2018.

The suit was decreed in favour of the petitioner on 29th August, 2019 and immediately thereafter in the year 2019 one Execution Petition was filed which was registered as Ex-938/2019.

It is contended that the present execution petition is still pending adjudication and on various previous occasions, even the warrants of attachment of the property were issued but there is no final adjudication as such.

The limited prayer in the present petition is to the effect that the learned Execution Court be requested to expedite the Execution Petition and dispose that of in a time-bound manner.

It will not be possible to ask the learned Trial Court to dispose of the petition in a time-bound manner but keeping in mind the fact that the execution is pending since year 2019, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of such Execution Petition, as expeditiously as possible, while also keeping in mind the fact that the decree-holder is a foreign national. 7.
