Pursuant to the previous order dated 16th December 2024, compliance affidavit has been filed by respondents.

It is stated, in the affidavit, that in compliance of judgment dated 14th May 2024, a Review DPC meeting was held in UPSC on 8th November 2024 for considering the case of Smt. Rekha Vishnoi, for promotion. 3.

The recommendation of 'Review DPC' has been sent to the Department of Personnel and Training, vide O.M. dated 25th November 2024, for consideration.

In view of the same, compliance has been made of Order dated 14th May 2024.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
