Counsel for MCD points out to the updated Status Report filed on 7th January 2025 which records the details of the action which was planned to be taken earlier in 2023 and 2024.

However, there was a stay order by the ATMCD, on the demolition order, dated 27th February 2024, therefore, contempt petition cannot subsist. 3.

Accordingly, Contempt Petition is disposed of with right to petitioner to revive the same in case of any continued infraction. 4.
