When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that since the FIR has been registered on the direction of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate under Section 156(3) CrPC and it would be prudent to challenge the said order which is the basis of filing of the FIR, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the competent court and challenge the Order dated 26.06.2024 passed by the learned ACMM, Rohini Courts, Delhi. 2.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
